Advanced Search Update For Re:amaze

Last Updated on December 18, 2019 by David

You can now use quotation marks (” and “) to have Re:amaze search for exact phrase matches!

This update makes it much easier for you to search for exact customer messages as you remember them. In case you don’t remember the exact phrase, we still recommend using fuzzy search to allow Re:amaze to search for root words.

Keep in mind that search in Re:amaze is still contextual. This means that search will execute on the current view and filter you’re on. For example, if you search in your email channel, Re:amaze will exclude results from your social media channels and vice versa.

If you search for an exact phrase in your FAQ, Re:amaze will only return results for matches within your FAQ articles.
