Re:amaze has just released a new piece of Chat Experience 3.0. With this new update, brands using the chat feature can access two new translations by going to Text Customization >Embeddables. To see how to access this feature update better, take a peep at the short video below.
Here, users can define default text values for two new widget label buttons. The Widget builder copy has also changed a bit. For example, “Prompt” is now known as “Greeting”. Users can add and edit the default copy for each field to their preferred copy.
If you want to implement a notification-style “Greeting,” there are now two new required buttons. One will take your visitors to the hub, and the other will allow them to dismiss the greeting. Customers also have the option to choose to have no greeting by simply selecting “None” from the Presentation dropdown.
