Customer Reply Greeting Prefix Now Available

Last Updated on January 22, 2020 by David

Shave a few seconds off your daily workflow by allowing Re:amaze to automatically insert a greeting when you reply to customers.

You can find the new greeting prefix feature in each email channel’s settings menu.

In the example below, the greeting prefix has been set to “Hi {{ customer.friendly_name }}. This means that whenever you’re ready to reply to customers, Re:amaze will do it’s best to parse out the customer’s first name and insert it in your reply. In this case, it’s “Hi Nancy,”.

Go ahead and experiment with this feature to see how you like it! Feedback? Let us know!
