Re:amaze Video Calls is now available for customers on mobile devices! It’s not uncommon for customer to ask for help and support while browsing your mobile site.
We’re now making it easier than ever for you to chat with customers and initiate a video call with them! While customers cannot actively request a video call with you, customer support agents can easily click “Start Video Call” to start a video call with customers.
Customers will need to allow their mobile browser to access your website’s request to access their camera and microphone. Once connected, customers will be able to hang up the call, mute and unmute, as well as flip their phone’s camera to either the front or the back.
