We’re pleased to announce that you may now filter Staff User Comparison Reports by Department! This is feature will be extremely useful for highlighting an individual’s and the team’s strengths and weaknesses.
You’ll quickly be able to evaluate how your employees perform in various departments. This will enhance reporting overall and assist staff when giving employee reviews or one on ones. Allowing support and sales teams to enhance their efficiency as a result.
To start filtering your Staff User Comparison Reports imply go to Reports > Staff Summary Report > select the department you please.
Then, simply select a department on the staff summary page and navigate to a staff’s comparison report. The report will use the same department as the staff summary page.
