Re:amaze has just made a new update to the Outbound Report – you now have the ability to export Outbound Reports as CSV files! The report contains conversation details, including: message channel, conversation origin, conversation URL, message body, and more!
At the bottom of the Outbound Report, a link is provided to download the data as a CSV file.
Like our other reports, our Outbound Report exports asynchronously. This allows you to continue managing your business, responding to customer support conversations, etc. while your report exports in the background.
An email will be send out an email to notify you when file is ready for download. You’ll be able to access your download Outbound Report from Settings > Personal Settings > Data Exports.
