Shopify has always had a great page manager for useful content you need to communicate to customers. In most cases, pages are used for highlight specific store policies such as shipping protocols and how someone may process a return or exchange.
Re:amaze now allows you to import any Shopify Page’s content as an FAQ article. This makes it easy for you to import high level content to Re:amaze in just a few clicks.
To make sure you have a Page that you can import, please make sure it is connected and published to your store. In the screenshot below you can see that we’ve added a Returns & Exchanges page in the main menu.
Once your page is live, go to your Re:amaze FAQ and click on “New Article”. Look for the “Import from Shopify” link at the top and Re:amaze will ask you to select a page to import from.
Once your Page has successfully imported, you’ll see the content displayed within the article.
