We’re excited to introduce a brand new feature in Re:amaze! Customer Notes! Customer Notes will allow you to keep important things to remember in Re:amaze alongside other pertinent data points.
To start using Customer Notes, there’s nothing you need to do. This feature is available on all Re:amaze plans. Simply open a customer conversation or contact profile and click on “Add Note” in the Customer Notes section.
Added notes can be edited and all notes added will be sorted in chronological order with the newest note on top. See below for an example.
