Some of our most loyal customers are feedback machines! We often receive consecutive emails with feedback on how to improve our product. And then we thought, why don’t we merge these emails into a consistent thread to make sure we don’t lose track of their thoughts?
The ability to merge various coinciding conversations is crucial for high-performing support teams because it enables you to track, reply, and monitor multiple requests simultaneously. Whether its repetitive questions, consecutive requests, or follow-up feedback, merging those conversation message into a unified thread will help you better interpret your customers’ pulse.

To merge a conversation, simply check the two conversations and click on the “Merge” button that pops up:
Next, choose your preferred merge order. Follow the on-screen prompts to pick the right one:
