We’ve updated your individual staff reports to offer more visibility into daily and hourly productivity!
If your Re:amaze account plan currently supports individual staff reports, you may now access the updated reports and scrolling down further until you see “Response times by Date” and “Response time by Day/Hour” graphs. The trend graph gives you insights into how a staff member’s response times are fluctuating across the report’s set time range while the hot spot graph below gives you indication where productivity may be suffering.
The individual staff report in Re:amaze contains vital informative data about a staff member’s performance, productivity, as well as how they’re stacking up against the average among all staff members.
If the summary metrics indicate negative growth, it’s potentially helpful to review trend and hot spot graphs below to see where issues are arising and during which days/hours.
