We have a few new keyboard shortcuts you can use to make your workflow a tad faster!
- When composing, you can click on the ESC key to defocus the type-box
- You can use Shift-N to resolve and go to the next conversation
- You can use Shift-E to archive and go to the next conversation
- You can use / to insert a product link from Shopify and BigCommerce
To refresh your memory on all available keyboard shortcuts, type ? on the dashboard or inside a conversation!
