Do you often use FAQ articles and response templates to respond to customers? We’ve now made it easier to input these into your text box with keyboard shortcuts.
To insert an FAQ article, hold down the Ctrl + K keys. A search bar should appear and you can type in key words to look for specific FAQ articles you’ve published through Re:amaze.
You will still have the option to view the article before inserting and sending to the customer.
To insert a response template, hold down Ctrl + J keys. A search bar should appear along with a list of previews of your response templates. All you’ll have to do from there is select your desired response template.
