This is one hotly requested and highly awaited feature update! Your Re:amaze web dashboard now supports independently scrollable side rails and side modules!
Why is this important? Being able to scroll the left rail and right side modules separately allows your customer service agents to navigate and browse through customer data more easily. If you’re replying to a conversation and need to reference a specific side module, the conversation view can remain stationary while the right rail can display customer data! See how it works below:
