If you tag conversations in Reamaze and see the value it provides in other features like workflows and custom contact forms then you’ll definitely be happy to hear that we’ve added another report to the list. Reporting is an important part of understanding not only your customers’ behavior but also the performance of your team.
In the past few weeks we’ve made some additional changes to reporting to include things like response template usage report and many others. Today, we’re adding a specific tags report to give you an overview of the tags used most often and how often they’re being applied for any given time range. This report will soon be exportable as well!
To access this report, simply go to your “Reports” section and click on “Tags Report”. Make sure you select your brand and the associated channel/channels. Time range can be anything you like.
If you use lots of tags we have no doubt this will add a lot of value and give you some additional insight into your workflow!
