Quality of Life Improvements to Re:amaze UI and UX

Last Updated on May 20, 2019 by David

If you haven’t noticed already, we’ve made several major changes to the Re:amaze dashboard to improve your quality of life when it comes to using Re:amaze on a daily basis.

Focusing on your moment-to-moment usage of the Re:amaze dashboard means adding more customizable options, quicker UI refreshes, and sticky selections across our UI. In the coming months, you can expect further updates that will enhance your quality of life and expand the ability for you to make the dashboard your own.

Let’s go over the recent changes.

Collapsible Menus

You can now collapse all filtered menu items on the left hand side of your Re:amaze dashboard to make room or focus on the filters that you care most about. These collapsed menus are sticky and will be unique to your account and browser.

Online Staff Indicator

It’s sometimes important to know who’s online so you can reach out for help or assign to the most available staff member. You can now see which agents in your team are currently logged in and online using the Assignee filter in the main dashboard.

New Sticky Conversation Header

The conversation header where the subject, assignee, tags, reference number, and other viewing staff members live now scrolls with you as you move through a conversation’s thread, giving you access to important actions wherever you are.

The conversation header has also been reorganized to give you quicker at-a-glance information.

Hover Over Subject Line

Some customers love to write long subject lines! Long subject lines used to be truncated to a point where it’s unreadable at-a-glance. We’ve now added an ability for you to hover your mouse over the subject line area to expose the entire subject line even if truncated.

Autoscroll to Reply Box

Re:amaze will now intelligently autoscroll you down to the last read message. If you’ve read the entire conversation already, Re:amaze will automatically scroll you down to the reply box so you can save a few seconds from having to scroll all the way to the bottom!
