You can now expand your searches in Re:amaze by using the new advanced search dropdown!
How Advanced Search Works
Advanced Search can be conducted when you’re on the main dashboard or within any channel filter and when the search field is empty (as shown below). If you’re in the “All Conversations” filter, you’ll be able to select a specific channel you want to search through or leave it empty if you want to search all channels.
If you’re already within a specific channel filter, Re:amaze Advanced Search will automatically set that channel in the search fields.
You can also set the assignee, message user, message type, and a date range.
How Contextual Search Works
You can still perform normal searches without advanced search filters on. With this latest update, you can perform advanced contextual searches by first typing in the word, string of words, or exact match words in the search field and then further specify your search parameters.
