Cues are a great way to automatically engage customers who’re on your website and actively browsing. In the past several months, we’ve seen the adoption of Cue increase dramatically and have seen awesome examples of how some businesses utilize the power of Cues. Here are some of our favorites:

- You can now disable the ability for a customer to click on a Cue and use the Cue message strictly as an announcement feature.
- You can now include your Re:amaze Shoutbox’s (Chatbox’s) custom fields when a customer chooses to engage with a Cue and start a chat conversation.
