If you haven’t noticed already, we’re putting Office Hours front and center in a lot of the features we offer. That means you can leverage Re:amaze features such as:
- Re:amaze Chat status display
- Autoresponders
- Workflows
- Cues
to work with your office hour settings and offer a different experience depending on whether or not you’re in the office.
The latest feature to take advantage of Office Hours is Cues. You can now create Cue campaigns to trigger for online customers when you’re in or out of office. A great example of this use case is driving customers to your FAQ instead of to your chat when no one is available to answer questions.
Try it out now by going to Re:amaze Settings > Embeddables > Cues and choose to use the rule “During Office Hours”.
