Our iOS app v.1.17 is now available for download on the App Store, which includes the new split-view capability. Now you can manage customer inquiries while working on other tasks! 
How to Enable the Split-Screen View
While in an open app (that is not the Re:amaze app), swipe up from the bottom of the screen until the dock appears. Then, touch and hold the Re:amaze app from the dock and drag it out and onto the screen. Once the Re:amaze app is open on your screen, drag down the short, white line at the of top of the app. Voila! Re:amaze will now split the view with your other app!
