When you edit an article in your Re:amaze FAQ, we will now display the last update date. If your team updates your FAQ articles frequently this can be a great addition so your customers know how up to date your information is.
Even if you don’t update your articles frequently, having a date on your FAQ articles allow customers to see the consistency of your knowledge content.
There’s nothing you need to do to enable this feature as it is turned on by default for all of our users.
Article Update Date Setting
You can change whether or not to display this date parameter on your FAQ articles by going to Settings > Brands > Advanced Settings (under Help Site Settings) and then choosing either
- Fresh only
- Always
- Never
If you select “Fresh only”, then timestamps are displayed if article has been updated in the last 6 months.
