We’re super excited to announce that Re:amaze now integrates with Ordoro for quick access to customer order information, order status, fulfillment status, and shipping information!
Adding Ordoro to your Re:amaze account
To begin your Ordoro integration, first head to your Ordoro Account Settings page and locate your account settings. Then click on “API Keys”.
Copy the Client ID and the Client Secret and head over to your Re:amaze account’s settings menu. Then click on “Apps” and finally “Ordoro”. Click on the brand you wish to connect to and enter your Ordoro Client ID and Secret.
Once your Ordoro account is connected, you will now see customer data on the right menu within customer conversations. Keep in mind that Re:amaze will only display Ordoro order data when the customer’s email address matches something within Ordoro.
