Re:amaze Weekly Scheduled Reporting

You can now schedule a weekly summary performance report to be delivered to your email inbox!

This summary report shows very high level metrics to help you gauge how things are going for your support volume as well as how your team is keeping up. For more detailed reporting, you should always refer to Re:amaze volume reports or staff specific reports.

The summary report currently includes:

  • Last week’s support volume
  • Last week’s average response time
  • Staff leader board in responses and resolved conversations
  • Channel breakdown

To turn on weekly scheduled reporting, please head on over to Re:amaze Settings > Email Notifications > and select the “Weekly Report Overview” option to have this delivered.

Weekly reports are sent out every Monday at 12:05am UTC time.
