Cues are a powerful way to deliver targeted messages automatically and in a scalable way. Re:amaze’s targeting rules allow you to publish messages for a variety of different scenarios such as:
- Site/cart abandonment
- New product/service announcements
- Onboarding tutorials
- Promotional content
- Holiday or special event sales
- and much more
However, oftentimes, remembering to disable a Cue can be a pain. This is why we’ve made an improvement to Re:amaze Cues! You can now check the “Time Limited” option to set a Cue start date and time as well as a end date and time. For the lack of a better term, you can now “Set it and forget it!”
When the Cue end date and time is up, Re:amaze will automatically stop delivering the Cue to customers. In addition, all received Cues by customers will be automatically removed as well! Here’s a good use case:
- You run a weekend promotion starting from Saturday at 12:00am and ends on Sunday at 12:00am
- 10 customers receive this Cue
- On Monday, new customers will no longer receive this Cue
- The 10 customers that did receive the Cue will also no longer see this Cue in their recent conversations on Saturday since it has expired
Enjoy!
