A quick update is being made to Re:amaze conversations where you can now easily see which staff users are also following that conversation.
Staff followers on Re:amaze conversations will receive notifications but does not necessarily need to be a participant in the conversation.
The “Follow” feature in Re:amaze is great for customer service managers who need to keep an eye on specific conversations without actually being the assignee or a participant. The followers list will also include your own name if you’re also a follower of the conversation.
You can follow a conversation by clicking on a conversation from the inbox dashboard and then on the “Follow” button in the top navigation menu bar.
