Mobile Notification Hours
Receiving mobile notifications is an important part of your daily customer service workflow. If you’re away from the web dashboard, mobile notifications make it easy for you to receive updates when customers message you. Currently, you can receive mobile notifications for email, social, mobile, and real time message conversations.
With Mobile Notifications Hours, you can now set the time range for when you want to receive notifications. A good use case for this might be if you only work between 8am and 5pm, and don’t want to receive message notifications outside of these hours, you can change the settings in your Re:amaze account to reflect these preferences. Alternatively, you can leave the default setting on and you’ll continue to receive mobile notifications at all hours.
