We’ve made a significant update to how Reminders work in Re:amaze to help reduce confusion and increase customizability. You can now add reminders to Re:amaze conversations and easily edit an existing reminder or clear/reset the reminder if it’s no longer needed.
Additionally, you can make these changes to conversations in bulk. If you need to edit a bulk selection of conversations’ reminders you can now do this in the dashboard view and customer view. You no longer have to edit a conversation one by one if you do not need to.
Editing a reminder will not change the state of the conversation (on-hold) but will update the conversation event timeline. If you need to remove a reminder on a particular conversation, simply click on the “Resolve” button within the “Edit Reminder” modal and Re:amaze will automatically remove the reminder and leave the conversation in a resolved state.
