Okay it’s official… We’re moving to Medium!
If you’ve been following our blog for the past few years and enjoy the content we put out, you’ll be glad to know that we’re consolidating all non-product related thoughts, ideas, and rants into a platform that’s designed for consumption.
“Better than sure” is our new publication that talks about startup life, growing businesses and cultures, marketing, and most importantly, the world of treating-customers-right.
We will continue to post core product upgrade here on our most beloved blog but feel free to follow us on Medium so you don’t miss out on other topics and articles.
So what does the name “Better than sure.” mean?
For those of you familiar with our philosophies, Reamaze isn’t just about “helping” customers with issues, it’s not just a tool to help “dealing with customer support”. We want you and your customers to enjoy talking to each other. To do that, we need to go beyond thinking just customer support and the tools needed to accomplish the job. Collectively, we need to snap out of a mindset that is simply “sure, I can help you with that”. We need to do better than that. We need to love our customers and embrace their complaints, value them even if they hate us, and stand by their sides even if they don’t know us.
