Re:amaze update time! And we’ve got quite a few!
Transient Cues
You can now configure your Re:amaze Cues to be either persistent or transient. Persistent Cues remain active and shown unless dismissed by the customer or interacted with. Transient Cues disappear once the customer navigates to a new page or upon page refresh.
Response Template Permissions
You can now limit access to the creation and editing of response templates for your Re:amaze account. For teams where response templates are created by managers, this may be an option you want to enable.
Tags Managed by Brands
You can now associate tags you create to specific Brands in Re:amaze. Tags associated with a Brand can only be added to conversations under that Brand and are only visible to Staff users with Roles that allow access to at least one channel under the Brand.
Topic indicator in the KB search modal
When you search for a FAQ article while attempting to insert one into a reply, you can now see which topic the article belongs to at a glance.
#assign syntax
If you’d like to assign the conversation to a specific team member via email, you can now use the assign syntax:
#assign:teammember@example.com
This automatically converts the message into an internal note as well, so it operates just like #note
but with the additional operation of also assigning the conversation. The email identifier used must match a Staff user registered in your account, otherwise the message will only be left as an internal note without assigning. To see more about syntaxes, see https://support.reamaze.com/kb/internal-team-productivity/special-syntaxes
Better UX for archived search
It’s now easier to toggle searches between archived conversations and unarchived conversations. By default, Re:amaze will search un-archived conversations. If you opt to look at the archived results, you can do so and then switch back to searching the un-archived results.
Support for Gtag.js
As many of you know, Google Analytics is now providing new tracking code using the gtag.js option. Re:amaze now natively support gtag.js. Collection of events should happen automatically in Google Analytics.
