There are some new updates in your Reamaze dashboard based on your feedback. Let’s go through a few of them š
New Reporting Features
Reamaze reports now feature new graph UI along with legends and clearly labeled y-axis for easier navigation and comparison metrics.Ā A new channel filter for live chat now shows metrics for live chat. At-a-glance reports now show more detailed numbers on a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule.
Live ChatĀ Updates
Customers can now use enter-to-send commands in the live chat modal. They can also minimize the chat without losing the current chat session simply by clicking on the “x” icon.
New Brands and Social Integrations Menus
New Conversation Colors
Knowledge Base Sort
Your sorted topics are now reflected on the main knowledge base dashboard as well as the sort screen for easier navigation and reference.
