It’s no secret that the best quality content should be on your website. This is where optimizing any area on your website should be in your best interest.
We are so happy to announce that you now can add Banner Images to Articles! Images are so advantageous for you to have for your customers in ways you never considered. This allows you to show off the products or services you offer and the people behind the scenes.
Your customers need to see that real people work for the company and not just some nameless, faceless entity. Adding banner images to articles will also help boost your SEO as Google’s algorithms now consider the photos on a website when determining rankings. Additionally, this could help upsell products for you by featuring more product images throughout your site.
Make sure that you are using high-quality images relevant to the article’s content, and that can help add value for your customers. Plus, be sure to follow the guidelines suggested inside the create/edit article area, and most importantly, don’t be afraid to use your creative side! Your articles can be about anything and have the visual appeal to lure your customers in EVEN more now.
To get started using banner images with new articles just go to > Articles > Choose New Article > Banner Image > and select the image you would like to use for the New Article you will compose! It is all the same steps for editing an existing article. You just go into Articles > select the article you want to edit > Scroll down to Banner Image > and select the image of your choice. Do not forget to save and publish your website articles so your customers can see them live on your site!

Additionally, we added the ability for you to also add images to Article Topics. You can now have banner images for the Articles and Article Topics, allowing a more appealing visualization to your articles and article pages for your customers!
Applying these changes is super easy as well. It is similar to adding Article images, except you will follow the following steps; create New/Edit current Article Topics > Add Banner Image > Save Changes/Publish New Topic.
